The Texas Conference of Clubs does not allow firearms, pets* , non-prescription drugs or any illegal substance on the property.

*Campers are not allowed to bring their pets. Only members of TCC
may bring a pet if they have a Dog & Cat Permit.

We formatted the application forms so when you click on the link for the application forms, it opens on your screen, and you can fill them in using your keyboard. When the application forms open, hit your tab key and you will go to the first field of the first form. Hit the tab key to move to the next field.

When you finish you need to print a copy of the application forms and send them by U. S. Mail. To expedite registration, we ask that you send your medical and your confidentiality forms along with your application.

Applications are processed the day they arrive; if you included an email address, you should get an email response within two to three days of sending your application. Be sure to check your Spam bucket. AOL seems to bounce emails frequently.

If you have one of the email blocking programs that requires the sender to send you a special message for validation [Earthlink provides one, and there are others available on the Internet], you may not receive your confirmation. Please add robert@whittaker.org and robert@lvlpwa.com to your approved list to ensure you receive your confirmation.

If you do not receive an email confirmation within three days, please contact Bob Whittaker to see if he received your application.

If you do not include an email address on your application, you will receive one by U. S. Mail. However, it will take significantly longer to process your application and get a response to you.
