You need at least version 9 or later of Acrobat Reader to submit the application packet.

The Texas Conference of Clubs does not allow firearms, pets* , non-prescription drugs or any illegal substance on the property.

*Campers are not allowed to bring their pets. Only members of TCC
may bring a pet if they have a Dog & Cat Permit.

To send the application forms by email:

• Download the application packet to your computer.
• Do not use your web browser to fill out the form. Use Acrobat 9 to open the form and fill it out on your computer.
• When the application opens, hit your tab key and you will go to the first field of the form. Hit the tab key to move to the next field.
• When you finish
  • Click on File at the top left of the reader and do a file Save As and save the file with a different name so I can identify it.
  • Do not just click on the icon [looks like a little floppy disk] as it will not allow you to change the name of the file.
  • I would suggest something such as PWAAppYourName [for example: PWAAppRobertWhittaker]. This will save the file and the data on your computer.
• Attach the application forms to an email and send it to robert@lvlpwa.com.

If you wish to submit your contribution electonically, please use this link. It will take you to the PWA Holiday Charities PayPal site. When the page opens, scroll down and click on the PayPal link.

If you want to use email to submit your forms, wish to make a contribution but do not want to contribute using PayPal, then mark your form to show you will bring your contribution with you to the camp out.

We try to process applications the day they arrive. You should get an email response within 24 hours of sending your application. Be sure to check your Spam bucket. AOL seems to bounce emails frequently.

If you have one of the email blocking programs that requires the sender to send you a special message for validation [Earthlink provides one, and there are others available on the Internet], you may not receive your confirmation. Please add robert@whittaker.org and robert@lvlpwa.com to your approved list to ensure you receive your confirmation.

If you do not receive an email confirmation within three days, please contact Bob Whittaker to see if he received your application.
