LVL PWA Camp OutThe Texas Conference of Clubs does not allow firearms, pets* , non-prescription drugs or any illegal substance on the property.
*Campers are not allowed to bring their pets. Only members of TCC
may bring a pet if they have a Dog & Cat Permit.
The speed limit on the dirt road (CR 228C) leading to the Landsite is 25 MPH. On the first section after you turn off the paved CR 228 onto the dirt road, up to past the first set of houses, we ask that you slow down to no more than 15 to 20 MPH.
Someone speeding on this road almost ran over one of our neighbor's granddaughters. We value our friendship with our neighbors very much, and will not tolerate speeding on the dirt road. Also, local children are on this road on John Deere Gators, so please keep it slow and remain alert.
We've put together a Volunteer Sign Up sheet, which is part of the application package you can download. The form lets you check off items you wish to volunteer to do during the camp out. Please be sure to add any item you can do which we might not have included on the form!
Volunteers who arrive on Thursday are expected to pitch in and help get the campground ready. Those staying over through Sunday night and Monday morning are expected to help clean up campground after the camp out.
We have two ways to send in your application package.
The first way is the standard way you have done it in the past. Download the application package, which you can fill out using your keyboard, print it, and mail it.
The second way is a new feature of Acrobat Reader which requires you to download and use version 9.2.3 [or later]. It will allow you to download the application package, fill it out on your computer, save the file and data, and then send the application package by email. You must use version 9 or later for this to work. You will also have the option to make your contribution through PayPal.
